The Department of Health and Human Services has ordered 14 million doses of potassium iodide, the compound that protects the body from radioactive poisoning in the aftermath of severe nuclear accidents, to be delivered before the beginning of February.

According to a solicitation posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, the DHHS asks contractors to supply, “potassium iodide tablet, 65mg, unit dose package of 20s; 700,000 packages (of 20s),” a total of 14 million tablets. The packages must be delivered on or before February 1, 2014.

Potassium iodide helps block radioactive iodine from being absorbed by the thyroid gland and is used by victims of severe nuclear accidents or emergencies. Under current regulations, states with populations living within 10 miles of a nuclear plant are encouraged, but not required, to maintain a supply of potassium iodide.

A search of the FedBizOpps website returns no other results regarding the purchase of potassium iodide from any government agency, suggesting that the DHHS bulk buy of the tablets is unprecedented in recent times.

The ongoing crisis at the Fukushima nuclear power plant has prompted concerns that the purchase is connected to the threat posed by radioactive debris washing up on the shores of the west coast or the potential for another natural disaster occurring in Japan which could impact the U.S.

“Governments usually respond to disasters very similarly; first move is to avoid panic,” writes The West Wire. “The Japanese didnt want to panic the world, or tarnish their honor and now, as a consequence of their reluctance, Japanese citizens and international aid personal find themselves in a horrible state of being.”

“Panic is usually avoided by keeping their citizens as blind to the truth as possible, until confrontation with the truth becomes inevitable. The crucial question at this juncture; would our government be reluctant about warning us of potential disaster, in an attempt to avoid panic? 14 million doses of Potassium Iodide say that might just be the case.”

Last month it was revealed that 71 U.S. sailors who helped during the initial Fukushima relief efforts are suing the Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) after they returned with thyroid cancer, Leukemia, and brain tumors as a result of being exposed to radiation at 300 times the safe level.

TEPCO has repeatedly been caught lying in their efforts to downplay the scale of the disaster. In September it was confirmed that radiation readings around the power plant were 18 times higher than previously reported by TEPCO. After a tank leaked 300 tonnes of toxic water in August, groundwater radiation readings at the plant soared to 400,000 becquerels per litre, the highest reading since the nuclear accident occurred in March 2011.

Top scientists have warned that if another major earthquake hits Fukushima, which is almost inevitable, it would mean “bye bye Japan” and the complete evacuation of the west coast of North America.

Now that radioactive debris is hitting the West Coast of North America, numerous different animals and sea life are suffering from mysterious diseases, including 20 bald eagles that have died in Utah over the last few weeks alone.

Tepco is planning on dumping all of the radioactive water stored at Fukushima into the ocean.

The industry-controlled nuclear regulators are pushing for dumping the radiation, as well.

[…] Tanaka highlighted the fact that while highly radioactive water could be decontaminated in around seven years, the amount of water containing tritium will keep rising, topping 700,000 tons in two years. […] fisherman, industries and fisheries bodies in the Fukushima area and beyond in Japan’s northeast, have collectively baulked at the idea of releasing toxic water into the sea […] TEPCO will be duty-bound to submit assessments of the safety and environmental impact […]

NHK, Dec. 4, 2013: IAEA team leader Juan Carlos Lentijo […] said it is necessary and indispensable to assess the impact the tritium discharge might have on human health and the environment, and to get government approval as well as consent from concerned people.

Japan Times, Dec. 4, 2013: “Of course . . . public acceptance for this purpose is necessary,” said Lentijo, adding strict monitoring of the impact of the discharge would also be essential.

AFP, Dec. 4, 2013: [L]ocal fishermen, neighbouring countries and environmental groups all oppose the idea.

In the real world, there is no safe level of radiation.

And there are alternatives.

Dr. Arjun Makhijani – a recognized expert on nuclear power, who has testified before Congress, served as an expert witness in Nuclear Regulatory Commission proceedings, and been interviewed by many of the largest news organizations – told PBS in March:

We actually sent a proposal to Japan two years ago, some colleagues of mine and I, saying you should park a supertanker or a large tanker offshore, and put the water in it, and send it off someplace else so that the water treatment and the water management is not such a huge, constant issue. But [the Japanese declined].

Tepco – with no financial incentive to actually fix things – has been insanely irresponsible and has only been pretending to contain Fukushima. And see this.

Unfortunately, Japan has devolved into crony capitalism … and even tyranny.

So instead of doing something to contain the radiation, they’re going to dump it.

Lightning, hail, mid-air collision, power lines, and New Year fireworks for the birds . . . but disease for the fish.  This is even rolling eyes in the mainstream media.  Birds are incredibly sensitive to their environment (think Canary in the coal mine), and the thought that they were caught by surprise, or that they “fowled” up their flight pattern is patently ridiculous.

Meteor showers: We are in a period of intense seasonal meteor showers, and several perennial YouTubers reported hearing sonic booms in the area that could have indicated a local shock wave.  This would be one non-conspiratorial, natural cause that actually makes sense, but it is hard to connect to both birds and fish, unless it produced a disabling frequency.  There were indeed other sound anomalies according to the report highlighted above.

New Madrid Fault Line:  An excellent article by The American Dream collated data about the recent earthquake activity along this fault line that runs along the mid-eastern section of the U.S.  Combined with gas fracking, the immense geological activity in the region, and the BP oil drilling disaster, which off-gassed the dispersant, Corexit, into the atmosphere, and we should be wondering about any mass deaths in the region.  Nevertheless, this has turned into a global event, so the above could be a side effect of something larger, or a direct contributing factor.

Government testing: The long history of government testing has been exposed by many researchers.  The strange component to this die-off is that only certain species have been affected, but within the entire region.  And some reports have indicated that the organs of these birds were liquefied, which could indicate a possible virus. Could this implicate species-specific bio-weapons? It is on record that discussions have taken place about race-specific bio-weapons; perhaps this is a test of delivery capability?

GMO mutation: Mike Adams of Natural News sets forth an interesting theory: this latest event is local, but the die-offs are happening across species as bee populations and bats are also declining.  Adams points out that Monsanto has a corporate office in Arkansas.  Just wondering.

Geoengineering: Could spraying in the area have caused this type of fallout?  Perhaps something new added to the mixture? Chemtrails have quickly moved from conspiracy theory to documented fact.  So much so, that the powers-that-be have had to admit to the program, but a beneficial one in their view.  Between cloud seeding and possible connections to HAARP, chemtrail fallout must be considered, especially as it is being conducted nearly worldwide.  Rosalind Peterson has been at the forefront of connecting geoengineering to GMOs as a combined source for oxygen-depleting algae blooms that very well could affect a wide spectrum of natural systems. Furthermore, some believe that the delivery system for chemtrails can also disperse pathogens.  If there is a flu or disease outbreak in the coming days or weeks among the human population in areas where the birds have fallen, the chemtrail connection could be made.  If this happens, the contagion could be blamed on a new, deadly bird flu.  A last possibility connected to chemtrails would be nanoparticles.

HAARP: Birds and fish can be susceptible to subtle frequency alteration.  An interesting YouTube post from a long-time fisherman mentioned the “pearl” plate behind the eye of the affected type of drum fish in this event.  He made a plea for anyone in the area to look for signs of damage to this plate.  Both birds and fish navigate in highly coordinated ways that indicate that they move and communicate via frequencies.  Could the HAARP array in Alaska have short-circuited their navigation systems?  Or, perhaps this is the beginning of a cascading effect from decades of electromagnetic pollution emanating from EMF and ELF waves shot around the planet via a wide range of modern communications.

Scalar Weapons:  These directed energy beam weapons can be deployed via satellite and create a wide range of “natural disasters” that can be tuned to certain frequencies.  Their radius is reported to be several miles.  Even crazier is that we have been told that the dead birds encountered massive trauma.  One of the reported abilities of scalar weapons is to create a Tesla shield of plasma, like a bubble, that could explode anything that enters its airspace.  Some have speculated that this technology is in full operation.  But what if it truly is still at the testing phase?  Remember, this is happening in South America, too.

Project Blue Beam: Were they testing a sound generator for the global theater of alien invasion?  This one is “out there” for sure, but NASA itself has announced its preparation for such a scenario. Project Blue Beam, like its counterpart HAARP, uses the natural energy present in the ionosphere as both a visual and acoustical device.  Again, perhaps they are not at the ready stage yet, but, like Tesla, have made an unintentional misstep.

Geomagnetic and other Earth changes:  As anyone can see from the above range of possibilities, we are facing an array of human tampering.  However, the backdrop to this are the anomalies beginning to take form with the apparent wandering of our magnetic pole, as even National Geographic reported that the north magnetic pole is racing toward Russia.  Add to this a dwindling magnetosphere and falling oxygen levels, and the deaths among more delicate species might portend a larger problem.  Finally, an increase in sun activity and magnetic storms might be weakening our overall natural habitat.

The widespread die-off of nature should lead us to look more intently at the world around us, and to question our relationship to it, and our effect upon it. Perhaps this is what we should have been doing all along.

Fluoride is not a pharmaceutical grade additive; it is a by-product of various products and industrial processes. Steel, aluminum, fertilizer, glass, and cement are but a few products which generate fluorine gases. Regulatory laws prevent industries from expelling fluoride and other gases harmful to the environment from smokestacks. Due to this regulation, “scrubbers” are installed to prevent the gases from escaping into the air, and as result is collected and stored. Instead of paying fees and incurring expenses to get rid of this waste, fluoride is sold like a commodity to corporations and municipalities which in turn is added to toothpaste, drinking water, infant formula, and many processed foods and beverages.

Although the argument for the use of fluoride in prevention of tooth decay remains prominent, experts in toxicology, various health sciences, and curious minds alike have pursued studies and research that coincide with the negative effects of fluoride being the underlying issue. Some of the stated affects of fluoridation are cancer, dental fluorosis, increased hip fracture (as it accumulates in hip bones), and various other serious ailments that have been identified in animal research. Some research suggests fluoride was used as a means to make prisoners, and the public in some cases, docile as a means of being easily controlled.

The issue is laden with controversy and is arguably a matter of significant importance to society as well as Big Business. Most will agree, to a certain extent, that corruption permeates through even the most vital sectors of business and government. Is the dilution of toxic waste in human consumption products the result of the nature of this organism? As with many matters, we have to filter the vast amount of information to find the, sometimes inconceivable, truth. The subject of water fluoridation is no different and must be questioned with an open mind.

Schumann Resonances are somewhat of an electromagnetic phenomenon which occurs in the extremely low frequency (ELF) range of the electromagnetic spectrum on Earth. The discovery of this frequency range is largely credited to Winifred Otto Schumann, whom predicted the range mathematically in the early 1950’s, although Nikola Tesla documented his findings of this range as the basis for his theory on wireless energy transmission in 1905. The resonance occurs at frequencies between 3 and 69 Hertz (Hz), but statistically remains at a frequency of 7.83 Hz. Hertz is simply a measurement of frequency which is defined by cycles per second.

Lightning discharges within the ionosphere (the uppermost part of the atmosphere; containing high levels of free electrons) are the primary source of excitation of the Schumann resonance. It has been coined by researchers and scientists as the “natural healing frequency,” “tuning fork for life,” and “Earth’s heartbeat.” It was first used for healing by Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig under various conditions. One noteworthy instance was the implementation of the frequency within spacecrafts for NASA, as astronauts often reported various illnesses while out in space (outside the Earth’s ionosphere) where no similar frequency range occurs. The Schumann Resonance devices had a stabilizing effect on the astronauts in space and have since been a standard component to spacecraft.

A strong correlation between Schumann resonances and alpha rhythm brainwaves was discovered by Dr. Ankermueller after Schumman published his work in the journal ‘Technische Physik’. Dr. Herbert König, who later became a successor to Schumann’s work, compared human EEG recordings (electroencephalogram: a graphical record of electrical activity of the brain; produced by an electroencephalograph) with electromagnetic fields of the natural environment and found a profoundly close similarity to alpha rhythms of the brain.

The information provided may help to conclude that one’s most stable condition, both physically and mentally, is when they are in tune to the same frequency as the earth. Many consider this a scientifically explainable means of a sense of “oneness” or even communication with the earth. Many “manmade” frequencies exist which interfere with the Schumann resonance, which in turn creates electro-pollution that arguably causes more stress, fatigue, and a sense of being “out of balance.” Cell phones, radio frequencies, and various other means of electro-pollution, such as HAARP, operate in the ELF range, which fills the environment with an unnatural frequency range. Maintaining an optimal biological frequency resonance is key to good health, and may be attained through various natural and artificial means such as simply living in areas away from large city centers or placing devices that produce resonant frequencies, within the earth’s natural ionosphere cavity range, in the household. The real threat of tampering with our natural frequency range is significant to some and relatively inconsequential to others.
